Welcome to The AI Fixers. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

The AI Fixers provides AI consulting, troubleshooting, and implementation support. Our services are tailored to each client’s needs and are delivered as agreed in individual contracts or project scopes. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

Payment Due: All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance.

Late Payments: Payments not received within the due period may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in service suspension until the balance is settled.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.].

No refunds will be issued for completed work unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

Any AI solutions, recommendations, or reports provided remain the property of The AI Fixers until full payment is received.

Clients may use delivered work only for agreed-upon purposes.

Any pre-existing intellectual property belonging to The AI Fixers remains our exclusive property.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any shared proprietary or sensitive information confidential.

We will not disclose client information unless required by law.

Clients must also keep any proprietary strategies, methods, or AI models developed by The AI Fixers confidential.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

The AI Fixers are not responsible for how clients use AI solutions or for any unintended consequences arising from AI implementation.

We provide recommendations based on available data and expertise, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

Clients acknowledge that AI technology is evolving, and results may vary.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice.

If termination occurs after work has started, payment for completed work is still required.

Any outstanding invoices must be paid before termination is finalised.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
